Official prices updated just now Source: data.economie.gouv.fr
| Fuel | Average price | Consumption | Cost per 100 km | More than the cheapest |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| E85Cheapest | 0.898 €/L | 8.8 L | 7.86 € | — |
| LPG | 1.077 €/L | 8.4 L | 9.05 € | + 1.19 € |
| E10 | 2.047 €/L | 7.0 L | 14.33 € | + 6.47 € |
| Unleaded 95 | 2.117 €/L | 7.0 L | 14.82 € | + 6.96 € |
| Super 98 | 2.166 €/L | 7.0 L | 15.16 € | + 7.30 € |
With 25 % extra consumption, E85 beats E10 as long as it costs less than 1.638 €/L (today: 0.898 €/L).
The extra consumption figures are rough (E85: often 20 to 30 %, LPG: 15 to 25 %) and depend on the vehicle. A diesel engine cannot run on petrol, so diesel is not compared here. E85 and LPG need a compatible or converted vehicle.
